Opened samples

Because every order is a 5ml fragrance sample, we can't accept returns of a sample once it's been opened — that's standard for any decanted fragrance, for hygiene reasons.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 3 days of delivery at elischrenzel@gmail.com with your order details and a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or a refund — whichever makes it right.

Canceling an order

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they ship. Email us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes out. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled.
